How far in advance should I book?

Please consider the seasons: At Christmas and other holiday times, space is at a premium so please make enquiries as early as possible.

Do Paws provide a home collection & return service?

We can provide this service for you; prices will depend on distance and will be charged at 1.5 leva per km.

What happens if my pet is taken ill whilst in your care?

We will always strive to ensure your pet’s health and wellbeing on a daily basis, however, should they become sick we shall contact our vet immediately and your pet will be moved to our isolation unit. Should the vet consider something to be of a serious nature, you would be contacted by phone, most likely in the vet’s presence.

Do Paws provide a grooming service whilst pets are in boarding?

Yes, we can give basic grooming including bathing, clipping and claws dependant on the pet’s temperament and this would be chargeable separately. Regular general cleansing of eyes etc. is part of our daily care as is the moisturising of certain dog breeds eg. French Mastiff.

Do I need to bring my pets bedding & toys?

It is advisable as regular smells etc will help if they are pining a little for home, However, we cannot guarantee the condition of these items on their return.
