Domestic Boarding terms and conditions

Please read this carefully

For boarding your animals at Paws, you must produce a certificate or pet passport confirming your dog’s inoculations’ are up to date for Tracheobronchitis (Kennel cough) Rabies, distemper, hepatitis, leptoapirosis and parvo virus.  Any temperamental problems or ongoing medical issues must be disclosed at the time of booking and any treatments required for the duration of stay must be supplied. We also require sight of your Bulgarian residency card/passport.

We need to inform you we reserve the right to refuse admission of any pet we consider dangerous or ill on arrival. If your pet should require veterinarian attention, during their stay all fees incurred are the responsibility of the owner or named person who made the booking. We also reserve the right to alter boarding conditions; this applies if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well being of your pet or that of other boarders. This particularly applies to multiple occupancies. In this event you will be offered a full explanation on collection and required to make any supplementary payments. You understand that there are always risks with communal boarding and as much as possible we strive to ensure a safe happy and healthy holiday for your pet. However due to the unpredictable nature of animals all pets are boarded at Paws entirely at the owner’s risk.

We require a non refundable deposit in cash equal to 20% of booking cost to secure the reservation and full payment for the booked period on drop off of your pet. Please contact in the event of your return being delayed and be advised any overstay must be paid on collection.

Owners are advised to provide their normal food if the standard complete dry dog/cat food is not acceptable to their pet. Any sudden change to an animal’s diet can sometimes lead to stomach upsets and diarrhoea.

We cannot guarantee that toys blankets etc will be returned in the same condition as arrival but as they can help an animal in unfamiliar surroundings feel secure, we recommend that you provide something for your pet, no space for favourite arm chairs though!.
